I came here at twelve and grew up in a one-bedroom apartment in Koreatown. When my parents bought their first house, I was the one reading them every page of the paperwork. That's why I do this.
Since my license in 2012 I've closed 380 transactions across LA and Orange County: first-time buyers, retirees downsizing, investors buying multifamily and commercial. Each needs a different plan.

Buyers usually pay nothing. Seller commission is stated clearly at the first meeting. No hidden fees.
How much do I need for a down payment?
Some programs start at 3 percent, and first-time buyer assistance exists. We'll match you to what fits.
Does my visa or residency status matter?
Non-citizens and visa holders can buy. Loan terms differ, so let's talk it through.
Which areas do you cover?
All of LA County and Orange County, most often Koreatown, Glendale, La Crescenta, Torrance, Fullerton and Irvine.
