This website
The form asks for your name, company, phone number and the best time to call. If a form on this site also asks for your email address, the services you are interested in or a note, we receive those too. It is sent to us by email, and we may also keep it in our own records, so we can arrange the call. The website itself does not store what you send in the form.
To stop misuse of the form, we count how many requests one visitor sends in an hour. For that count we turn your IP address into a one-way code and hold only the code, for a short time. We do not keep the address itself.
The site sets no cookies and has no advertising trackers. Cloudflare, our host, sees your IP address, keeps short technical logs, and counts visits with a script that sets no cookie. Fonts load from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which receive your browser's request.
Our AI phone line
An AI answers (213) 667-0176. It introduces itself as Ava, VVIP's virtual assistant, says it is an AI whenever you ask, and never claims to be a person. It asks for your name, your business, your number and the time you would like. It may also ask a few questions about your business: your city, your email address, how many calls you get and miss, who answers the phone today and what you most want handled. That request and your answers land in our own records so we can call you back, with a short note of what you asked about and any concern you raised. Our records also keep a line for each call: the number you called from, the time, the length and what it was about.
Our voice provider keeps a basic log of each call: its time, its length and the phone numbers. It keeps no recording and no transcript.
Google Calendar
If a business connects its own Google Calendar to VVIP Hub, it does so on Google's own permission screen. We then see when that calendar is busy, and we create, change and remove only the events our service makes.
We use this Google data only to offer open times and to book them. We store the bookings our service made, which calendar they go into, and the permission, which is stored with your account. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. We share it only with the providers named below, to run the service. People at VVIP do not read it, except to set up or fix the connection when the business asks, to protect the service, or when the law requires.
VVIP Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To disconnect, use Settings in the Hub, or remove VVIP Hub in your Google Account, under Security. Disconnecting in the Hub deletes the stored permission.
Clients using VVIP Hub
When a business becomes a client, we keep the owner's name, email address and phone number so we can set up and support their account. A business owner can give staff their own sign-in; we keep that person's email address for as long as the sign-in exists. We keep the business's logo. If a person at the business turns on alerts on a phone, we keep that phone's alert address until alerts are turned off there or the sign-in is removed.
We send invoices ourselves. We keep a record of each invoice, each payment and whether it is paid. Clients pay us by wire or Zelle.
A business that uses VVIP Hub can write to us from inside it, and we answer there. We keep those messages with that business's records, so both sides can read the conversation. People at VVIP read them, because they are written to us.
When a business writes, we receive an email that says which business wrote. The email does not contain the message.
For a client business, an AI front desk like ours answers that business's own callers. On a client's line it tells callers it is an AI whenever they ask, and it never claims to be a person. For that business we keep each caller's name and number, what they asked for, the time they wanted, and a line for each call. If a caller leaves a message we keep who called, the number to call back and why they called, in one short sentence. If the business has its front desk ask callers a few questions, we keep the answers too. People at the business can add their own notes, tags and contact details to a person's record in the Hub, and can add or change bookings by hand. We hold this information for the business, to run its front desk. People at VVIP see it when they set up or support the account. If you called a business that uses VVIP Hub and want to see, correct or delete what is held about you, ask that business or ask us.
Who helps us run it
Cloudflare hosts this website and our records, and delivers the form's email and the notice that a business has written to us. Retell AI runs the voice on our phone line, with its own providers for speech, the AI model and the phone connection. Google provides our email inbox and the calendar connection. Apple, Google and Mozilla deliver those alerts to the phones; the words of an alert are sent to your device.
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We have not set a fixed period. We keep a request while we are working with you, and delete it when you ask. Nightly backups of our records are kept for 30 days. When a business stops being a client, we remove its records and keep one last copy for 30 days.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, call the VVIP office line at (213) 650-2541 or write to hello@vvipla.com.
This applies wherever you live, California included. Asking never counts against you.
